If you go to the air-school building (the same building you ended the Omerta mission with), there are three sets of doors to go inside the building. After you shoot down Morello's plane in Crème De La Crème, you can roam around before you leave.If you have already killed him, immediately after Salieri tells you to hit him with the bat, his next line of "Oh ho, that's gotta hurt." will play.
